How to change your Secret Answer?

Hi everyone, 

If you don't know how to transfer FIFA 16 coins between FIFA 16 accounts, or you don't want to do the laborious work. The problem is some people may not remember their secret answer, and don't know how to change it. So here comes another tutorial. 

1. Log out of FIFA 15 on your console. 

2. Go on your PC or Laptop. Clear your browser's cache. (IMPORTANT)

3. Go to https://www.easports.com/fifa and click "ULTIMATE TEAM"

4. Click on "WEB APP"

5. Login web app using your Account Email and Origin Password. Do NOT use your PSN password here unless they're the same. :)

6. Check your email for that security code, then put it in here and click "Log In"

7. Web App will then load up. Because you cleared your browser's cache. It will ask for your Secret Answer here. If you don't remember your Secret Answer and want to change to a new one. Click on "Forgot Answer?"

8. You will then be asked to lock your account temporarily. 

9. Then it will ask you to login to FIFA 15 on a Trusted Console to reset the secret answer. Trusted Console here means the console you have previously used to play the game. 

10. Now go on your Console, load up FIFA 15, login to ULTIMATE TEAM. Then you will be asked to create a new secret answer. Once it's created, your account will be unlocked. Don't forget your secret answer again. :)
