Today a lot of people flooded onto EasyFUT.com because of Black Friday. Website traffic and sales are like 10 times more than usual, that's why everyone of us at EasyFUT.com today has been working as a Delivery Guy trying to send orders as soon as possible. Our LiveChat Support has also been overloaded all the time and crashed few times. Look at the screenshot we took from our LiveChat below, look at all the concurrent chat logs down there. At peak times, there're almost 100 people on LiveChat simultaneously!

We know this is probably the first time you didn't get FIFA 15 coins within 5 minutes at EasyFUT. But keep in mind that it's Black Friday! This does NOT happen every day. This is actually the first time it's happening. You know it! We tried everything we can to give a note to everyone on LiveChat. Until now, around 95% of orders have been delivered. 70% of them delivered within 5 minutes. 25% of them done between 30 minutes to few hours. There're still 5% of orders that's not delivered yet, most of them have wrong player details etc. Please come to our LiveChat to get them fixed during when the traffic is low, like in the morning.

 Also, it seems a lot of people have been asking: Why did you raise your prices? It's Black Friday?! It's going backwards or what??!! Alright, here are some explanations. We DID drop our prices for the first 4 hours or so. But we went out of stock within the first 4 hours, usually it takes more than 24 hours. And then the market prices have gone up significantly due to the enormous demand. As you know, we buy our FIFA 15 coins from suppliers around the world, so we HAD to raise our prices after the first 4 hours. Hopefully they will drop again when the demand cools down.
