Sending coins on Consoles and Companion App while the Web App is down

Hi everyone, 

As you know the Transfer Market has been down on Web App for a while now, EA has been trying to make improvements to it for a long time. So we're not going to rely on it for sending coins. 

Now we got consoles (Both Xbox and PS) and Mobile Companion App ready. Companion App is like the Web App, sending coins on the is rather efficient, but the problem is it kicks you off regularly, like 2 or 3 times every day. Once you get kicked off, it's not easy to get back online because of the high traffic on there. 

There's no kick-you-off issue on consoles, but problem is it's not as efficient for sending coins compared with Companion App and Web App, because if you bought 5mil, it takes a while to just enter the 5,000,000 number in it.
